DevSecOps Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated DevSecOps Engineer for one of our clients who enjoys combining security, development, and cloud automation.

This role is intentionally kept simple: we value mindset, problem-solving skills, and ownership more than a long list of certificates.

You will help us build secure, automated, and reliable environments that support our development teams and keep our platforms running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines
Automate security processes (scanning, compliance checks, hardening)
Work closely with development teams to integrate security into the SDLC
Manage and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
Monitor systems and proactively improve reliability and security

What We’re Looking For

We keep requirements realistic:

Experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Basic understanding of cloud platforms
Familiarity with security principles (OWASP, IAM, secrets)
Strong automation mindset (Python, Bash, or similar)
A proactive, ownership-driven attitude
Willingness to grow and learn new tools

Nice to have (not required):

Experience with Kubernetes
Knowledge of container security
Hands-on with SIEM/SOAR tools
