We are looking for a skilled Senior SAP BI PM & Datasphere Consultant who is adept at translating complex business requirements into effective BI models. If you have a passion for data and an ability to collaborate with diverse teams, this role is tailored for you.

You design and implement data models for SAP PM reporting on SAP BW/HANA and Datasphere.
You develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into SAP BI platforms.
You build reports and dashboards aligned with business needs for performance monitoring and strategic analysis.
You collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting, KPIs, and analytical requirements.
You define and manage data security policies ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
You cooperate with technical teams and internal departments to ensure BI solutions align with business objectives.
You stay current with BI technologies and contribute to continuous improvement within the ICT sector.
You document processes, specifications, and user manuals to support the adoption of BI solutions.
You communicate proactively with the team lead and provide regular progress updates.

What are we looking for?

You have 5–10 years of experience in SAP BI, including deep involvement in SAP PM reporting or related domains.
You possess a solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into BI solutions.
You are precise, proactive, flexible, and able to collaborate across technical and business domains.
You have strong communication skills and a professional, reliable attitude.
You have experience in business process analysis for SAP PM, with a minimum of 5 years.
You are proficient in SAP BW / HANA with advanced functional and technical expertise for at least 5 years.
You have experience in SAP Datasphere focusing on data modelling and integration for 5 years.
You are knowledgeable in SAP BusinessObjects for reporting and dashboarding for at least 5 years.
You have strong skills in SQL for querying and data manipulation (minimum 5 years required).
You have a background in ABAP for SAP-specific development in BI (minimum 5 years required).
You possess skills in Python for data analysis and ML-based transformations (optional but valuable).
You have knowledge of relational databases & data warehousing, including SAP HANA environments for at least 5 years.
You are familiar with data security principles, particularly in relation to authorizations and access control in SAP.
You have a strong active command of either Dutch or French, and working proficiency in English.
