About The Role

We’re looking for a Manager of Sales to lead our growing Commercial Account Executive team—a group responsible for driving Rewind’s revenue growth with mid-market customers. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, enablement, and consistent execution. You’ll build scalable processes, refine our go-to-market motion, and ensure that every AE is equipped to succeed.

This is a fit for someone who thrives on data-driven decision making, believes deeply in customer-centric selling, and has a passion for developing people. You’ll report to the VP of Sales and partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success.

What You’ll Do

Team leadership & development

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Commercial Account Executives to consistently exceed quota and pipeline targets.
Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, learning, and collaboration.
Conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance check-ins to guide career growth and improve outcomes.

Revenue growth & forecasting

Own the commercial sales forecast and ensure accurate pipeline management through consistent CRM hygiene and deal qualification.
Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to optimize lead routing, conversion, and velocity.
Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Sales strategy & process optimization

Refine our sales playbook and improve sales enablement materials for commercial motion.
Experiment with outbound and inbound strategies to increase conversion and deal size.
Partner with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure feedback loops that inform roadmap and retention efforts.

Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns and messaging to customer pain points.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and drive expansion opportunities.
Represent the voice of the commercial customer internally, influencing strategy and product priorities.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years leading or managing AEs.
Previous experience is sales roles with consistent quota achievement.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
Deep understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
Strong coaching instincts and ability to lead by example.
Excellent analytical, forecasting, and communication skills.
Experience working with Salesforce.

Nice to have

Experience scaling sales teams in a PLG or product-led motion.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Clari).
Prior exposure to SaaS backup, data protection, or security solutions.
