Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as the Head of Sales at TestSignal. The Head of Sales will oversee all aspects of the sales process, including managing and mentoring the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires the ability to drive revenue growth, monitor key performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader with proven expertise in sales management and strategy execution.
This is a full-time remote role as the Head of Sales at TestSignal. The Head of Sales will oversee all aspects of the sales process, including setting up the sales playbook, cold calling scripts, and demo flow. This is the first sales hire in the company as we have been fully product focused until now. Founder is a 2nd time Series B startup entrepreneur, looking to find another talented team to grow the business together.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of creating processes and selling on a quota
Proficiency in Account Based Sales and client retention
Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and motivating team members to achieve goals
Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies
Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS industry is a big plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
