Interim Communications Lead | Belfast (Onsite)

Our client is looking for an experienced communications professional to support a major site acquisition project.

Role Highlights:

Support all communication activities throughout the transition phase
Set up communication frameworks and outputs for the new organisation
Create interim and long-term internal communication tools and channels
Develop and deliver key messaging and communication materials
Align local communication needs with wider UK/global comms teams
Engage with media, community stakeholders, and internal colleagues

Requirements:

Strong experience in internal/external communications and community relations
Background in M&A communications, transformation, or change environments
Excellent writing, content creation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong understanding of Northern Ireland’s local environment
Ability to work strategically and deliver quickly
Event management capability
