Location: Kendal but work areas are Barrow, Penrith and hybrid working

Contract Type: Permanent

About The Role

We are excited to be recruiting for an exceptionalindividual to be the PA to Director of Thriving Communities

Our Ideal Candidate Will Be

An organised individual with strong administrative skills who can work in a fast paced environment.
Someone who can manage their own workload well to ensure deadlines are met and provide excellent customer service.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have the ability to be speedy and accurate whilst remaining calm under pressure
Has line management experience

Essential/Desirable Experience

Previous PA experience supporting a Director/Assistant Director (essential)
Previous local government experience (desirable)
Previous experience of supporting a Section 151 Officer
Previous experience of working in a value adding service (desirable)
Political awareness
