Responsibilities

Design and optimize software solutions for diverse applications and databases.
Work closely with product owners to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Evaluate technical requirements and create solutions to fulfill those needs.
Engage in peer code reviews and promote best coding practices.
Support various phases by addressing bugs and troubleshooting issues.
Guide junior developers and contribute to the technology roadmap.
Participate in continuous development practices, including unit test creation.

Skills

Proficiency in Java, Python, AWS Cloud, and full-stack development.
Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
Experience with Git, including merging and conflict resolution.
Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.
Knowledge of AWS services and security best practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Apache Spark and optimizing AWS Glue jobs.
Familiarity with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
Proficiency with Terraform and CDK for AWS cloud deployment.
Understanding of API infrastructure and development tools.
