A bit about the role...
Working in a team with our Head of Portfolio and Project Management, and the Programme Leadership Team, the Programme Finance Lead will play a critical role in ensuring robust financial management of a key strategic programme within the Agency. The Integrated Change Programme (ICP) is the largest initiative within the Agency’s change portfolio and is a key enabler to meet the Government's ambitious targets of increasing housing supply, driving growth and regenerating places. You will be joining our talented and growing team who are committed to making a positive impact in how programmes are managed, successfully delivered and benefits realised.
The Head of Portfolio is dedicated to delivering a first-class customer service, resolving issues informally wherever possible, taking an innovative and creative approach to financial management issues. Rachael believes in working in a collaborative way to foster good decision making and problem solving within their team.

A bit about you…
You'll be comfortable supporting the programme leadership and wider team with complex financial issues, aiming to deliver first class financial management across the programme. You will be proficient in financial management practices, senior stakeholder engagement and experienced in working in a fast paced and flexible environment.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a strategic programme team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
As an experienced programme finance professional you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
