Financial Business Partner – Commercial & Transformation

Kent | Hybrid (c. 1 day per week on-site)

Pay - Limited/Umbrella: £63.67 per hour

We’re working with a large public sector organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme, and they’re looking to appoint a Financial Business Partner to support commercial and change initiatives.

This is a hands-on role focused on business cases, financial modelling, option appraisal, and benefits realisation across a portfolio of transformation and commercial projects (income generation, fees & charges, trading models, and cost reduction).

You’ll bring:

Strong experience in business partnering, financial modelling, and commercial analysis
Confidence challenging and shaping business cases and investment decisions
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insight
Experience working in, or closely with, a local government / public sector environment

Ideal for: a qualified (or equivalent) finance professional who enjoys working at pace, influencing senior stakeholders, and making a tangible impact through transformation.
