Responsibilities

Design user flows and wireframes for a desktop web application using Figma
Develop high-fidelity UI components and establish a clear component structure
Ensure consistent visual logic, spacing, and interaction states across the product
Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
Prioritize accessibility and responsive design principles throughout the project
Refine early-stage ideas into polished, production-ready deliverables
Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal usability

Skills And Requirements

Proficiency in Figma and experience designing web applications
Strong understanding of UX principles and UI best practices
Ability to create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
Experience with component-based design systems
Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines
Previous experience designing for complex workflows is a plus
