Our client is a global leader in their sector and is seeking a General Manager to lead a cluster of country markets in the Carribean area. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role with full P&L responsibility, driving growth through partnerships, pricing, promotions, and local market strategies.

The role is based in London, with extensive travel across assigned markets. You will work closely with central teams and regional partners to deliver revenue and margin targets, launch new markets, and deepen local market penetration.

We are looking for a commercially-driven leader with proven P&L experience, strong partnership and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in, fintech, ecommerce, telecoms or digital consumer services is preferred. Salary is up to £110,000 plus up to 30% bonus. For this role you would have experience dealing with go to market strategies for the Carribean area.
