We are expanding our sales team twofold throughout EMEA, the United States and Brazil. To facilitate this growth, we seek to appoint an accomplished Senior SFDC Administrator.

As an essential member of the Revenue Operations team, you will develop innovative features, provide guidance to other Technical Operations staff and assist leadership in making architectural decisions.

Missions

You’ll architect and implement solutions within our sales ecosystem (SFDC, Chilipiper, Modjo, Aircall) using cutting-edge technologies (n8n, Hightouch, Gearset) to meet Sales and Customer Experience operational needs.
As the guardian of our sales stack integrity, you provide expert guidance to fellow Tech Ops colleagues on solution design. Managing the deployment workflow through Gearset, you evaluate and validate other Tech Ops deliverables before production release.
You’ll serve as the escalation point for resolving the most challenging internal support tickets, lending your expertise when complexity peaks.
Your strategic input will be essential for critical decisions regarding SFDC architecture, technology selection, and product roadmapping, helping shape our technical direction.

You bring 5+ years of expertise in advanced SFDC Admin roles, complemented by experience across various sales tools.
You thrive on challenging the status quo and driving positive change.
You genuinely enjoy immersing yourself in SFDC's (occasionally complex) inner workings. You navigate through chaos with confidence and find satisfaction in creating order.
You excel as a collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills.
While you're passionate about technology, you prioritize business outcomes above all.
You communicate fluently in English.
