Job Specifications

Title: Cloud Compute: Architect

Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid

Description Of Services:

Cloud Compute: Architect Expertise in Linux OS, Filesystem, package/patch management, OS hardening.
Experience architecting solutions in AWS specifically focused on compute resources.
Experience building OS base images using AWS Image builder or similar technologies.
Hands on expertise in Ansible BASH shell scripting Python Json/Yaml Terraform Git AWS CLI/SDK(boto3).
Experience working in a regulated industry, handing security and compliance around OS, Compute resources will be an added advantage.
Expertise in troubleshooting Linux OS, basic networking, related issues.
Expertise in Systems engineering, enterprise architecture, security best practices.
Candidate must be familiar with CI/CD, CVE management, Vulnerability scanning, Artifactory, SNOW/Change management process.

Deliverables:

Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
