Business Support Administrator

Initial 6 month FTC

Hybrid (Onsite in Warwick 2 days per week)

Salary circa £35,000 per annum

We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic Strategy, Performance & Development team. This role is central to supporting the safe and efficient operation of our energy interconnectors, helping us deliver greener energy solutions for the UK.

What you’ll do:

Organise and plan team meetings and away days, liaising with suppliers and managing logistics.
Provide essential administrative support across the team.
Maintain and manage team SharePoint sites.
Raise purchase orders and manage procurement processes.
Support performance tracking, leadership meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with learning and development activities, including training bookings and competency frameworks.

What we’re looking for:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SharePoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths and a valid UK driving licence.
