Job Specifications
The Endpoint Lead oversees the management, optimization, and security of mobile devices, desktops, and enterprise printing across a multi-platform environment. This role blends strong endpoint engineering expertise with Generative AI capabilities to drive automation, reliability, and operational efficiency. The position reports to the Senior Manager – Compute Device Engineering, Compliance & Global Collaboration and partners closely with Cloud Engineering & Software Development Support teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage mobile devices and applications through Intune and SOTI.
Lead device refresh cycles, OS testing, and beta programs.
Oversee app/data protection, licensing, and compliance.
Implement AI-driven automation, insights, and analytics to improve MDM processes.
Define standards for Windows, Linux, iOS, browsers, group policies, and hardware.
Implement Modern OUs and LAPS.
Manage model changes, image updates, and device compliance.
Use AI to automate and enhance device lifecycle workflows.
Partner with carriers to control costs and resolve billing issues.
Identify zero-usage lines and manage corporate phone standards.
Automate telecom workflows and support contract discussions.
Oversee Windows (SCCM + Intune) and Mac (Jamf) management.
Maintain hardware/software inventory and oversee firmware/driver updates.
Manage image creation, Autopilot provisioning, and software deployment.
Drive automation and integrate AI into endpoint operations.
Support secure printing across offices using Canon MFDs.
Manage R&D print workflows, warehouse printers, and RightFax migrations.
Handle vendor coordination, billing, and printer refreshes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of IT management focused on compute devices.
Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and enterprise printing.
Experience with Generative AI for automation and insights.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-project management skills.
Knowledge of ITIL a plus; scripting/automation experience preferred.
CompTIA Mobility+ is a plus
Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is a plus
