This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer in the United States.

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience, and Marketing. In this role, you will lead technical delivery, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding, and integrations. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce technical expertise with leadership skills, guiding teams through complex implementations while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape cloud solutions, optimize system performance, and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Accountabilities

Design and develop Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows.
Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet evolving business requirements.
Implement CPQ workflows, pricing rules, and product configurations.
Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems, middleware, and third-party applications, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
Manage DevOps processes, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment using tools like Git, SFDX, Copado, or Jenkins.
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and team skill development.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure project delivery success.

Requirements

8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
Strong technical expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.
Hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, CPQ, with Marketing Cloud as a plus.
Proficiency in integration patterns, API development, and working with tools such as MuleSoft or Workato.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices: Git, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Admin; Sales/Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor teams and guide technical decisions.
Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
