The Role

As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new membership sales and expanding consultancy revenue within an established portfolio of major organisations. This is a visible, high-impact role where you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute effective go-to-market and revenue strategies.

You’ll take ownership of the regional sales plan, identifying opportunities, managing the full sales pipeline, and building trusted relationships with senior-level cybersecurity executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the sales strategy for the London & Home Counties region
Develop and deliver a revenue growth strategy across key enterprise and mid-market sectors
Achieve a minimum of 20 new memberships and £1.25m services revenue per year
Leverage your network to generate membership and consultancy opportunities
Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market initiatives and account growth campaigns
Provide regular sales performance reports and accurate revenue forecasts

Requirements

7+ years’ successful sales experience, including at least 5 years managing large accounts
Background in subscription, research, or professional services sales is highly desirable
Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
Established relationships with senior leaders across the cybersecurity or related sectors
Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to drive change and implement new strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
Skilled in strategic planning, forecasting, and sales pipeline management
Experience using Salesforce CRM
