Mandatory Skills

Technical Requirements

5+ years recent experience in Sitecore back-end development with focus on security and performance.
5+ years experience in C#/.NET back-end development.
Proven knowledge of Sitecore XM 10.2 (installation, pipelines, configuration, patching, optimization).
Experience with manual deployment procedures for Sitecore XM 10.2 on-premises.
Strong knowledge of web application security (OWASP, secure headers, encryption, CSRF/XSS protection).
Experience with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Hands-on SQL Server performance tuning experience.
Experience with WAF/CDN setups (F5, Azure Front Door, Cloudflare).
Strong understanding of application observability tools (Application Insights, Seq, Kibana).
Familiarity with on-prem + cloud hybrid infrastructure.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Understanding of TOGAF 10.2 and strong technical documentation skills.
Experience preparing migration paths toward Sitecore XM Cloud.
Experience with WAF/CDN performance tuning and advanced caching strategies.
Knowledge of Cloudflare, Azure Front Door, or similar tooling beyond basics.
Familiarity with SLA/OLA design, incident management, and CAB procedures.
Experience working in energy, utilities, or large enterprise environments.
Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
