Job Title: SAP S4 Financials Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S4 Financials Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Finance modules and strong customer-facing abilities. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience, global implementation exposure, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in SAP S4 HANA Finance / S4 HANA Cloud solution design, configuration, development, and testing.
Drive at least one full-cycle S4 HANA Finance implementation, including Data Migration.
Configure and test core FICO modules:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
CO-PA
Banking and Interfaces
Design custom solutions and integrations between SAP & non-SAP systems such as Concur, Workday, Safeguard, etc.
Collaborate closely with onsite leadership and coordinate technical discussions and solution design.
Manage teams of 15+ members and engage effectively with Director and VP-level client leadership.
Participate in global rollout projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Conduct research on current business processes and recommend improvements.
Work with tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), CHARM, HP ALM for workflow and change management.
Ensure high-quality documentation, testing, and delivery of solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

15+ years of SAP Finance experience (S4 HANA Finance or S4 HANA Cloud preferred).
Strong expertise in SAP configuration across all major FICO areas.
Proven leadership experience handling large teams and customer leadership interaction.
Strong analytical, communication, and client engagement skills.
Experience with global implementations and multi-region rollouts.
Ability to guide technical teams, functional teams, and business stakeholders.
