Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Service Representative - Associate to join our client.

Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $20 per hour
Location: Mississauga, ON
Location Type: Hybrid; In office 2 days a week, 1 set day one floating
Business Hours: Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
Completing Optimizer requests
Processing FCT payouts
Actively working the shared mailbox
Actively checking voicemail box and responding accordingly
Navigating multiple internal systems daily
Responsible for the end-to-end management of the mortgage process
Assisting specifically with the discharge process
Experience & Qualification Requirement:
Attention to detail
Organizational skills
Time Management
Excellent communication skills [verbal and written]
Collaboration & team skills
Willing to Learn
Experience with Microsoft Suite
