We’re partnering with a leading global organisation on a mission to build an AI-first technology function. This is a unique opportunity for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the charge in transforming developer and QA productivity through cutting-edge AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

Modernise & Optimise: Use AI to streamline development and QA workflows, reducing complexity and accelerating delivery.
Build AI Pipelines: Design intelligent automation for code generation, testing, and debugging.
Champion AI-First Culture: Embed AI into every stage of the software lifecycle, enabling smaller, more efficient teams that deliver better results.
Innovate & Experiment: Explore generative AI, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to drive measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong Python skills and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven developer tools.
Solid understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerisation.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and enable tech teams.
