Job Specifications

6 Month W-2 Contract to start. Extension or possible conversion.

Pay Rate: $80-88 per hour.

Hybrid: Tuesday and Wednesday Onsite.

US PERSONS ONLY. NO VISA SPONSORSHIP.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop yearly, monthly, and weekly schedules for inspections and project milestones.

• Coordinate field investigations and manage timelines using tools like SAP, MS Access, and Excel.

Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor project progress, costs, and resource allocation.

• Prepare and maintain logs, databases, and reports for management and regulatory compliance.

• Stakeholder Coordination

• Interface with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.

• Participate in weekly and ad-hoc project status meetings to review in-flight projects.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to client's safety protocols and regulatory

• Support initiatives that improve safety and reliability of electrical systems.

Analysis & Problem-Solving

• Perform cost/benefit and trend analysis.

• Identify issues and recommend solutions for program challenges.

Qualifications:

• Typically 5+ years of IT or other project management experience for senior PM roles.

• At least 2–3 years in analytical or project coordination roles for entry-level PM or analyst positions.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SAP for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.

• Leadership and team collaboration capabilities.

Desired:

• Project Management Certification (PMP) is often desirable.
