Legal Secretary to a Partner- Leading US Law Firm

Location: Central London (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH)

Salary: up to £60,000 plus bonus/benefits!

Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and rapidly growing US law firm, which is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a Private Client partner their high-performing team in London on a permanent basis.

This exciting opportunity will see you supporting a Senior Partner within the firm’s Private Clients team, making prior experience in corporate law essential.

Key Responsibilities:

·Proactive diary management and scheduling

·Coordinating complex travel arrangements

·Opening and maintaining client files

·Compiling and formatting legal documentation

·Supporting business development and marketing initiatives

·Preparing and processing billing guides

·Managing and updating internal databases

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

·Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law practice

·Strong organisational and time management skills

·A professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills

·The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to an advanced level

·A positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
