This role is for you. We’re helping build out a modern, North America, wide SRE practice, and we’re searching for senior engineers who bring passion, hands-on ability, and a builder mindset.

Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer (Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid | Arlington, TX)

What You’ll Do

As a Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer, you will:

Build end-to-end automation using Python

Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins + GitHub)

Develop Terraform infrastructure (modules from scratch)

Improve observability, monitoring, and reliability for .NET/Azure apps

Partner directly with Engineering & Release teams

Influence standards and best practices for the entire SRE organization

Work autonomously to identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement them

Support an Azure-based application ecosystem (AKS, Service Bus, Functions, Storage, etc.)

This is a full lifecycle engineering role, not a ticket-based operations role.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

Hands-on DevOps or Cloud Engineering background

Strong experience with Terraform (building modules, not just running scripts)

CI/CD experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions

Solid Python scripting experience

Experience supporting .NET / Azure applications

Strong understanding of SDLC and Release Engineering

Passion for automation, AI, cloud-native engineering, and system reliability

Ability to explain your work with clarity and detail

Preferred Skills

Azure certifications
Experience with AKS, Azure Monitor, App Insights
C#/.NET familiarity
Observability stack experience
Serverless (Azure Functions)
Experience contributing to SRE standards/frameworks

Work Environment

Hybrid: 2 days onsite in Arlington, TX
