Scrum Master

6-Month FTC

Leeds (Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite)

Salary flexible depending on experience

We are working exclusively with a growing IT consultancy delivering innovative projects to leading UK and global Financial Services and FinTech firms. They’ve partnered with a major UK tech employer in the financial services sector and are building a team to deliver high-impact initiatives.

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can start immediately or with short notice. You’ll lead multidisciplined teams, drive Agile best practices, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles

Remove impediments and foster a high-performing culture

Collaborate with stakeholders and track key Agile metrics

Champion Agile transformation and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM/A-CSM)

Experience managing multiple Scrum teams in scaled Agile environments

Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Nice to Have: Agile coaching experience, DevOps knowledge, SAFe or PMI-ACP certifications.

Salary: Flexible, based on experience

Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

⏳ Fixed Term Contract: 6 months
