Job Specifications

Position: Sr. Gen AI Developer

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote)

Duration: 12 month contract

Only W2

Responsibilities:

Responsible for building or optimizing Generative AI solutions and help the business to address complex problems

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience implementing Gen AI project using open source LLMs (Llama, GPT OSS, Gemma, Mistral) and proprietary API's (OpenAI, Anthropic)
Strong background in Retrieval Augmented Generation implementations
In depth understanding of embedding models and their applications
Hands on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions on text data
Strong Python development skills
Comfortable with Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and feature engineering
Experience building and integrating APIs (REST, FastAPI, Flask) for serving models
Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and Orchestration
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience working with Agile Methodology
