Your Mission

As an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d), you are the voice of Falk & Ross. You inspire new customers, build lasting relationships, and ensure that our products reach the right place to make an impact.

Your Responsibilities

Actively acquire new customers through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Prepare and analyse leads through company research and market observation
Identify buying trends and prepare reports for management
Enter, update, and maintain CRM data such as leads, prospects, and opportunities
Collaborate closely with marketing and field sales teams to achieve shared success

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a comparable qualification
1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment
German (C2 level) and English (C2 level) proficiency required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you can convince customers over the phone and via email
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team player with motivation and enthusiasm for working with people
