Job Description:

Creation of videos and hands-on demo for non-bureau and bureau training documentation for train the trainers
Support the rollout of training to all other users
Expert in GWCC and IPLM to be able to answer queries from SMEs but also have taught people in the past.
Preferably based in London to allow for in person sessions.

with experience in coordinated change management and imparted training (by creating a training plan, training content including videos, application demos with mock-up screens, coordinating with end users)
