FAIRLY MADE® est une start-up doublée d'une entreprise à mission dont l'objectif est d'améliorer l’impact de l’industrie textile. Lancée en 2018, cette green tech en hypercroissance a levé 5 millions d'euros auprès d'un fond à impact pour se positionner en tant que leader sur un marché en plein essor.
FAIRLY MADE® permet aux marques de mode de mesurer l’impact environnemental et social de leurs produits afin de trouver des solutions plus responsables.
La plateforme SaaS FAIRLY MADE® met notamment en lumière un score calculé sur 4 critères : la traçabilité, l'environnement, l'humain et la recyclabilité. Une vision à 360° qui permet aux marques de comprendre l’impact réel de leurs collections pour le réduire.
Plus de 150 entreprises sont déjà clientes telles que le groupe LVMH, le groupe SMCP Ba&sh, Maison Kitsune, Balzac Paris, Asphalte, Aubade, Des Petits Hauts, Rossignol, etc.
L'objectif ? S’imposer comme LA référence de mesure d’impact non seulement en France, mais aussi en Europe et dans le reste du monde. Avec déjà plusieurs clients internationaux, Fairly Made® a déjà commencé à ouvrir de nouveaux marchés comme l'Italie.

Job Description
FAIRLY MADE® is a climate tech and mission-driven company whose aim is to improve the impact of the textile and leather industry. Our B2B 360° Impact SaaS Platform enables Fashion brands to trace their value chain, measure the impact of their product and communicate to their final clients.
More than 100 brands are now using Fairly Made (LVMH, Ganni, SMCP, Rossignol, etc.).
Our product is strongly linked to regulations, and the company aims to develop internationally. Given the large volume of regulations to come at a European and international level, we want to strengthen our level of expertise and influence in these new territories.
Your mission
You’ll work within the Business Development team and report to the Chief Sales Officer. Your job will be to convince forward-thinking fashion companies to adopt Fairly Made’s platform for traceability, LCA, and product passports.
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and handover
Identify key stakeholders (Sustainability Leads, Innovation, CSR, C-Suite) and nurture trusted relationships
Pitch and demo our platform in a consultative, value-driven way
Collaborate closely with product, legal, and impact teams to tailor solutions
Maintain clean reporting via HubSpot (or equivalent CRM)
Represent Fairly Made at key events (Innovation Forum, GFS, etc.) in the region
Build market feedback loops to support product evolution and marketing
Contribute to cross-team initiatives on process, playbooks, and regional expansion strategy

Preferred Experience
3–6 years in a B2B SaaS or fashion-tech sales role, ideally with enterprise or mid-market clients
Deep understanding of or strong curiosity for sustainability in fashion, ESG, or compliance topics
Strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing complex stakeholder environments
Native/bilingual English, Fluent in French, German, Spanish or additional languages are a plus
Autonomous and hands-on, you’re not afraid to open doors, cold call, or hustle
Great storytelling and pitch skills in meetings, emails, and decks
