About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and high-potential Graduate Engineers to join our multidisciplinary engineering teams within the oil & gas sector. This role is suitable for recent engineering graduates as well as early-career professionals with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
As a Graduate Engineer, you will support a range of engineering studies, projects, and operational activities across our asset portfolio. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will gain hands-on exposure to real-world energy projects, develop strong technical foundations, and contribute to safe, efficient, and innovative engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering technical analyses, engineering calculations, and design work relevant to your discipline.
Support senior engineers in project development, design reviews, safety assessments, and operational troubleshooting.
Contribute to engineering documentation, reports, drawings, and specifications.
Participate in multidisciplinary project meetings and collaborate with colleagues across engineering, operations, and project teams.
Help ensure engineering work complies with internal standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, technological development, and optimisation activities.
Learn and apply engineering software, tools, and modelling techniques relevant to your discipline.
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in an engineering-related discipline, such as:
Process / Chemical Engineering
Naval Architecture
Offshore / Structural Engineering
Pipeline / Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Technical Safety / Loss Prevention Engineering
Instrumentation, Controls & Automation Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Enthusiasm for learning, with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
Suitable for recent graduates, but candidates with 1–2 years of engineering experience in the energy, oil & gas, or related industries are also encouraged to apply.
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid working model with up to 12 days per month working from home, depending on business needs.
