About the Role
As the Operational Planning & Performance Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping how to deliver exceptional service.
You'll lead the development of a robust resource planning framework, ensuring they stay ahead of demand while maintaining a member-first vision. This is a role for someone who loves solving complex problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving meaningful change.
What You'll Do
Lead Reporting & Forecasting: Create insightful operational reports and forecasts that inform strategic decisions and capacity planning.
Deliver Insight & Challenge: Provide evidence-based insights and constructive challenge to senior leaders, shaping priorities and performance.
Innovate & Problem Solve: Develop practical solutions even in data-scarce environments, improving processes and data integrity.
Governance & Forums: Establish planning forums and governance routines to embed insights into everyday decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Advanced skills in data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
Strong understanding of operating models, capacity planning, and performance management.
Proven experience in reporting, forecasting, and performance insight within a complex service environment.
