Novoptim is a Sales and Marketing services company supporting innovative biotech organizations in building and expanding their business across Europe in the Life Sciences and Healthtech industries.

We provide a full range of services, from strategic marketing to sales outsourcing, designed to generate sustainable commercial growth for our clients. To further support our development, we are currently seeking a Junior Business Development Manager - Life Sciences, based in Paris.

What you will do

You will receive tailored training and coaching to develop your portfolio of industry clients, including SMEs and start-ups in Europe and the US.

 

Key responsibilities include:

Designing and executing business development and marketing plans to identify and engage new prospects.
Meeting with senior stakeholders to understand their priorities and challenges.
Collaborating with Project Managers and leadership to develop client-focused proposals.
Supporting client delivery teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

 

About you

You hold a Master’s degree or PhD in a scientific or business field
You are motivated, organized, and eager to contribute in a role at the intersection of science and business.
You are fluent in English and French (an additional European language is a plus).
You demonstrate accountability, adaptability, resilience, and a strong interest in commercial development within the life sciences sector.
