Business Analyst (Data focus) - Paying between £450 to £550 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in Bristol, Hybrid Working, To Start ASAP

Your new role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong data and systems expertise to support the initial phase of an ERP Readiness Programme. This role focuses on aligning HR and Finance systems, understanding data flows, and preparing the organisation for a future integration and a solution scheduled for the future.

The successful candidate will lead project initiation, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities, ensuring a structured approach to data alignment and system optimisation.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data flows and system integration
Understanding of HR and Finance systems and associated data structures
Experience in ERP readiness or implementation projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Ability to produce clear documentation and structured plans
