Job Title: Pega Business Analyst / CDH Analyst

Location: 100% Remote (EST hours)

Job Type: Fulltime/ Contract

Overview

Hiring experienced Pega Business Analysts to convert business requirements into low-code Pega solutions, user stories, orchestration flows, and next best action strategies.

Responsibilities

Work with business & marketing teams to define requirements for Pega CDH and customer journeys.
Create user stories, interaction strategies, engagement policies, and orchestration rules.
Support omnichannel communication and campaign execution using Pega platform.
Run simulations, analyze next best action outcomes, and estimate business ROI.
Collaborate with data science and reporting teams using SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
Participate in Agile/SCRUM delivery, grooming, demos, and UAT support.
