Job Specifications

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Java Fullstack Engineer to join our agile development team. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable backend microservices, configuring cloud-native DevOps pipelines, and contributing to our credit decisioning engine. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering resilient, high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Configure DevOps pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support our credit decisioning engine.
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality, mission-critical applications.
Collaborate within an agile team to deliver backend features with a focus on performance and reliability.
Work closely with architects and product owners to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Backend Development: 5–15 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
API Development: Proven expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
Frontend Knowledge: Working knowledge of React or Angular.
Testing: Strong background in automated testing and quality assurance practices.
Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and excellent communication skills.
