Qualifications:5+ years demonstrated experience
Proven ability to design and leverage Administrative Solutions like Dell Unisphere, Dell Secure Remote Gateway, NetApp WFA, NetApp AIQ, etc
Ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement for individual and team performance
Must not only lead current technical trends, but also anticipate and analyze future state technologies
Demonstrable experience automating common processes via Ansible or comparable automation tools
Proven collaborative mindset and troubleshooting experience in order to guide the Storage Operations Center
