VP, Go-To-Market (Software Enterprise Sales)
We are partnering with a leading AI infrastructure provider entering a major expansion phase across the UK and Europe. Their platform delivers high-performance GPU cloud and accelerated computing capabilities that power some of the most demanding enterprise AI and software workloads globally.
The business is hiring a VP of Go-To-Market to lead, scale, and optimise the commercial engine. This executive will define how the organisation captures enterprise demand in a market undergoing rapid AI-driven transformation. The VP GTM will report directly into the CRO and own core revenue-generating functions across new business, expansion, channel development, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Commercial Leadership
Develop and execute a unified GTM strategy aligned with enterprise software adoption, AI workloads, and accelerated cloud demand.
Own GTM performance across sales, channel, and customer success organisations.
Implement scalable sales processes, forecasting discipline, operating cadence, and commercial tooling.
Position the business as a preferred strategic partner for enterprise buyers, AI-driven software companies, and ecosystem partners.
Sales Team Leadership & Organisational Build-Out
Scale a high-performing enterprise sales organisation including AEs, SDRs, channel, and revenue operations.
Coach and develop frontline teams, instilling a culture of accountability, consistency, and high output.
Provide clear guidance, mentorship, and operational leadership to teams while collaborating closely with the CRO.
Enterprise Sales Execution & Strategic Accounts
Leverage existing relationships to drive warm access to major enterprise buyers, strategic partners, and AI-first software organisations.
Support AEs throughout complex sales cycles, including multi-threaded negotiations, procurement alignment, and executive engagement.
Serve as an executive sponsor on key deals, influencing senior stakeholders and accelerating commercial outcomes.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, engineering leaders, and commercial decision makers.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner closely with product, engineering, finance, and marketing to ensure full GTM alignment and market fit.
Relay customer feedback and competitive insights that shape product roadmap and value proposition.
Identify opportunities for commercial acceleration, market differentiation, and improved customer experience.
Experience & Profile
Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise software or cloud sales, ideally within fast-growth or high-performance computing environments.
Demonstrated success scaling GTM organisations and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
Strong network across enterprise technology, cloud, AI, or data-centric software ecosystems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment with shifting priorities.
Strategic thinker with analytical depth and strong execution capability.
