Why This Role Matters
As our Director of Global RevOps Strategy & Transformation, you’ll play a critical leadership role in orchestrating strategic RevOps initiatives across the global Go-To-Market organisation. You will act as the bridge between strategy and delivery- aligning teams, governing complex programs, and ensuring that system, data, and process transformations translate into measurable business impact. This role shapes how IRIS executes GTM excellence at scale.
What You’ll Do
Lead the planning, coordination, and governance of global Revenue Operations programs, including system rollouts, GTM process improvements, and data transformation initiatives.
Build and maintain program roadmaps, dependency maps, and reporting frameworks that drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and IT.
Oversee cross-functional delivery of major initiatives such as Salesforce/CPQ integration, data governance programs, and onboarding automation.
Develop and embed PMO standards, templates, prioritisation frameworks, and capacity planning models across RevOps.
Partner with RevTech & Data teams to successfully deliver cross-system integrations, UAT cycles, release management, and adoption programs.
Define data-driven success metrics, publish executive dashboards, and translate insights into clear actions for senior stakeholders.
Lead change management, communications, and Executive Steering updates to ensure programs land with clarity, accountability, and cross-functional buy-in.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Transformation Leadership with strong experience across GTM systems and processes.
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs involving both business and technical teams.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, and NetSuite.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and governance skills.
Experience with program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall) and tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Commercially aware, analytically strong, and able to translate metrics into actionable insights.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in SaaS or PE-backed transformation environments.
Knowledge of data governance and integration frameworks (MDM, iPaaS, Boomi).
PMP, Prince2, or Agile PM certification.
Experience working directly with Executive teams on portfolio planning.
