ServiceNow FSM Developer – 100% Remote (Telecom Domain Required)

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Developer with strong telecom domain expertise and deep hands-on experience across FSM process flows and integrations. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on development within ServiceNow FSM (5+ years).
Configure and optimize FSM process flows, including:
Work Order / Task flows
Dynamic Scheduling
Route Optimization & in-flight adjustments
Dispatcher Workspace
Territory Planning
Microsoft Teams integration
Inventory Integration
CSM & FSM Configurable Workspace
Sales & Order Management for Telecom
Build and support integrations using Integration Hub across multiple systems.
Develop scripted components: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, etc.
Deliver solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and provide guidance to stakeholders.
Analyze customer requirements, participate in discussions, and document functional needs.
Work within an Agile/Scrum environment (user stories, sprints, backlog refinement).
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

5+ years ServiceNow FSM development experience
Deep understanding of FSM workflows and configurations
Strong hands-on experience with Integration Hub
Telecom domain experience (5+ years) — Mandatory
Expertise with Dispatcher Workspace, Dynamic Scheduling, Territory Planning, Route Optimization
Strong scripting skills across all major ServiceNow components
Experience with CSM + FSM Configurable Workspace
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Agile (Scrum) experience

Preferred Skills

Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams
Telecom order management exposure
Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
