A telecommunications company in Stamford, CT is currently seeking a BI Analyst for their Business Intelligence team.

***This role is not eligible for sponsorship. Only candidates eligible for contract-to-hire.***

Responsibilities:

The BI Analyst will support the Service Reliability team and their mission of improving the customer experience through analytics focused on network outages/impairments and maintenance/upgrade events.

Qualifications:

6+ years of overall experience
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
Must be proficient in SQL, Redshift
Proficiency in Excel for data validation and ad hoc analysis
Must be able to communicate analysis/findings in business/functional terms for senior leadership/executive audience

Desired Skills:

Telecom experience
Data warehouse and MicroStrategy experience
