Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (Contract) – Onsite, Dallas, TX

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Contract Start: January 2026

About the Role:

I'm working on behalf of my client in the banking and finance sector for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. This role will focus on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions within the banking environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services, strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, and hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models tailored to banking and financial applications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and optimize AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and other AI frameworks.
Leverage AWS cloud services to deploy, scale, and maintain AI/ML solutions.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security best practices.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong expertise in AI/ML development.
Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
Experience with AWS cloud services for AI/ML solutions.
Strong programming skills (Python, Scala, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Must be available onsite in Dallas, 5 days a week.

Preferred:

Familiarity with financial data pipelines, risk modeling, or predictive analytics.
Experience with other AI frameworks or large language models.
