Position Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Information Technology team as an IT Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations and support within our organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Manages inventory, user accounts, and licenses
Troubleshoots software, hardware, and network problems
Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Generate reports as required by the IT team
Researches and evaluates hardware, software, technology services and web applications
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
Collaboration and teamwork
