Role Summary

The Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions as part of a legacy modernization program. This role requires strong expertise in Customer Account Management systems, Oracle or SAP ERP platforms, and integration with legacy mainframe environments. The architect will play a critical role in ensuring system interoperability, secure data migration, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solution architecture for legacy modernization initiatives.
Define and implement integration strategies between Customer Account Management systems, Oracle/SAP ERP, and mainframe platforms.
Ensure seamless data migration, data integrity, and system interoperability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across applications and integrations.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise governance standards.
Provide technical leadership during design, development, and implementation phases.
Review solution designs, conduct architecture assessments, and mitigate technical risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of overall IT experience with significant Solution Architecture experience.
Strong experience in Customer Account Management systems.
Hands-on expertise with Oracle ERP or SAP platforms.
Proven experience integrating enterprise applications with legacy mainframe environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data migration strategies, and system interoperability.
Experience working in large-scale, multi-year modernization programs.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with SOA and API-driven architectures.
Exposure to cloud adoption and hybrid cloud strategies.
Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and data governance frameworks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
