We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the Salesforce solutions that power our sales, marketing, legal, and business operations across Lyft's enterprise and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) and programmatic development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)
Build and maintain complex data models (custom objects, fields, relationships) while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance
Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (Boomi, Workato), and ETL processes; monitor performance and resolve production issues
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable, high-impact technical solutions and support broader MarTech and architecture initiatives
Ensure solution quality through unit, integration, and UAT testing, following DevOps best practices (Git, CI/CD, release management) and participating in agile ceremonies
Drive continuous improvement by identifying AI/automation opportunities and staying current with Salesforce certifications, products, and platform features
Experience:
3–5 years of enterprise Salesforce development with strong skills in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and declarative configuration, delivering scalable, business-critical solution
Integration-focused engineer experienced with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, Workato), and enterprise integration patterns
Strong grounding in SDLC, Git-based version control, CI/CD, web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), and data migration/ETL, with a commitment to code quality and documentation
Salesforce Platform Developer I required (Developer II/Application Architect preferred), plus experience with CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products
Excellent communicator and problem-solver with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments and interest in AI-driven automation within the Salesforce ecosystem
