Position: Salesforce Developer

Location: Canada (Remote)

Work Eligibility: Canadian Citizens | Permanent Residents | Open Work Permit Holders

Compensation: $45 – $75 CAD per hour (Based on skills and experience)

Travel Requirement: None

This role is designed for developers who want to build advanced expertise on the Salesforce platform while contributing to enterprise-grade CRM implementations, custom development, and cloud modernization initiatives across diverse industries in Canada.

We offer a hands-on Training & Placement Program that blends real project exposure with structured technical upskilling to help consultants grow into confident, client-ready Salesforce Developers.

Who This Role Is For

Developers with experience or foundational knowledge in Salesforce, CRM platforms, or web application development
Professionals interested in building scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
Strong problem solvers who enjoy translating business needs into technical solutions
Individuals comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Background in Java, JavaScript, SOQL, REST APIs, or cloud platforms is a plus

What You Will Work On

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical designs.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Develop reusable components and follow Salesforce best practices for performance and security.
Support configuration and customization across standard and custom objects, flows, and automation.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, deployments, and release cycles.
Assist in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.
