Our client, a Leading consultancy is looking to hire a QA Automation Engineer/Tester.
The successful candidate will work closely with other QA Automation Engineers/Testers to drive efforts to build up a robust automation test framework, automation test suites and execution analysis to support their projects.
You also will be automating a combination of Performance, UI, API, Accessibility & compatibility test types while also providing insights with the latest approaches to software engineering and be given the opportunity to update and improve the QA stack as appropriate.
Responsibility of ensuring testing frameworks are defined, improved, monitored and documented and analysing execution and bugs across the stack and ensuring that suitable tests are set up to avoid regression impacts.
While keeping QA best practice standards up to date, along with supporting documentation for service support, onboarding and maintenance.
Experience and Technical skills required:
Previous experience in a similar QA/Testing role
Solid experience with Playwright
Experience with Cypress or Selenium based testing frameworks.
Writing automated tests to support projects, driving confidence in software releases.
Experience of writing Typescript or JavaScript & an understanding of Object Orientated programming.
