Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Administrator

Location: Canary Wharf, UK

Hybrid (2 days a week)

Contract (6+ Months) Inside IR35

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing and maintaining the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), along with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery and integration with other asset management tools using ServiceNow Service Graph Connector (SGC).

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery for automated population of CMDB.
Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and other asset management tools using Service Graph Connector (SGC).
Monitor and troubleshoot CMDB-related issues, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce CMDB governance policies.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for CMDB and Discovery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow administration with a focus on CMDB.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server configuration.
Hands-on experience with Service Graph Connector (SGC) for integrations.
Familiarity with IT Asset Management processes and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent certification preferred.
