Required Skills

Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyse data using SQL or reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure solution alignment.
Conduct impact analysis, process mapping, and gap assessments.
Support UAT, defect triage, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of banking/financial services domain or relevant industry.
Familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools.
Exposure to automation tools or AI-driven solutions.
