Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Join Mantu’s Corporate IT team and embark on an exciting journey in a fast-growing, international environment. As an AI Engineer Intern, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying innovative AI solutions that drive business transformation. You will collaborate with diverse teams, experiment with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the development of scalable tools that enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
Your missions
Design and develop prototypes using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI automation frameworks
Lead end-to-end development of internal AI tools and systems
Contribute to the deployment of scalable solutions into production environments
Collaborate with teams across functions to identify business use cases
Experiment with new AI technologies such as Agents, MCP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Design and build intelligent agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
Integrate no-code platforms like Power Platform, Make, or n8n into AI workflows
Ensure solution reliability in a containerized Azure environment
Your profile
Academic background: Engineering school or computer science degree
Experience with Python development
Experience with AI generative providers (OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, etc.)
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant) and web UIs (Chainlit, Open WebUI)
Experience with containerization and Azure cloud environment
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Proactive mindset, enjoys testing new ideas, and works autonomously
