Job Title: Implementation Project Coordinator

Contract Dates: 1/20/2026 – 7/19/2026

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid: Remote Mon/Fri, In-Office Tue–Thu)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Project Coordinator to support project coordination for store survey logistics. This role collaborates across multiple teams—including Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, and external vendors—to plan, organize, communicate, and ensure successful execution of survey activities across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating project scope documentation and schedules.
Coordinate timelines and communications with internal teams and external vendors.
Communicate survey scope and requirements to all stores.
Establish escalation plans to resolve issues efficiently.
Track compliance and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Support senior leadership in ensuring smooth execution of all project activities.

Requirements:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote and in-office).
